Project Manager

Connecticut’s Department of Developmental Services (CTDDS)requires an experienced Project Manager to lead their Care Case Management workstream of projects.

IMPORTANT NOTES (Read Fully Before Candidate Submittal):

• Candidates MUST have a technical project management background, managing application and data migration projects specifically in a Care Case Management environment (for example: patient care/case management, health & human services environment, hospital environment, etc.) that includes experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements, and experience with electronic health records (EHR), electronic medical records (EMR), patient case management, and claims processing. If your candidate does not have that exper,nce - DO NOT waste your time or the client's time by submitting them - they will not be considered for the position.
• While the role can be fully remote, LOCAL candidates who would have the ability to be in the office in the rare case a need would arise would be IDEAL. NOTE: Neither the client, nor CAI, will cover any related travel costs for the candidate to travel onsite.
• This position can be a fully remote position; HOWEVER, client only wants candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone submitted for the position due to challenges they have had with candidates working from other time zones in the past.

Candidates must have experience managing application anddata migration projects, specifically with experience in requirementsgathering, gap analysis, end-user communication, subject matter expertinteraction, management, running meetings, testing and test preparation.

Candidateshould have 5 years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO withexposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards,project schedules, status reports, meetings agendas, etc.

Candidateshould have a blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills

Communicateand facilitate consensus among stakeholders

Deliverclear, specific and respectful oral and written communications to businessowners, IT program team members and management

Goodunderstanding on IT, HR, Finance functional processes and transformation ingeneral

Excellentskills with PowerPoint, Excel and analytical approach

Abilityto work and team with people across functions, sectors, locations

Goodanalytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along with criticalthinking skills
