RichSmith Management is seeking an experienced Senior Regional Property Director to manage a portfolio in our growing Arkansas and Louisiana region and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Regional Property Manager to join a dynamic team with excellent growth potential!

Duties :
- Managing an assigned portfolio of properties to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
- Supervising Portfolio personnel and working with vendors / contractors on capital projects.
- Assuring adherence to operations and maintenance manual for all managed personnel.
- Conducting quarterly formal site inspections of building interior and exterior.
- Making recommendations for physical repairs and replacements.
- Ensuring observance of safety regulations.
- Providing oversight for State Inspections and Compliance Reviews.
- Performing additional tasks and duties as assigned.
