Duties:
As the Senior Regional Property Director, you will be responsible for:
- Managing an assigned portfolio of properties to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
- Supervising Portfolio personnel and working with vendors/contractors on capital projects.
- Assuring adherence to operations and maintenance manual for all managed personnel.
- Conducting quarterly formal site inspections of building interior and exterior.
- Making recommendations for physical repairs and replacements.
- Ensuring observance of safety regulations.
- Providing oversight for State Inspections and Compliance Reviews.
- Performing additional tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties.
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC.
- Ability to recruit and supervise successful management teams in a growing portfolio.
- Proven track record for successful lease-ups of new communities.
- Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates, as well as working within budgetary restrictions.
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred.
- Willingness to bring excitement and travel as needed.
- Must remain "on call" for all property emergencies.
