- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective communication regarding patient care.
Requirements
- Previous Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical scheduling software.
- Strong knowledge of health information management practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with care plans, documentation review, and coding (ICD-9/ICD-10).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy office environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new systems and processes within the healthcare setting.
