Description
$17-20/hr DOE
- Assemble materials.
- Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, or work orders.
- Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering or other equipment.
- Perform manual assembly of electrical components used in avionic systems, military systems, and medical equipment.
- Adjust or repair electrical equipment.
- Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to blueprint specifications, using instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
- Populate or modify/replace components on printed circuit board assemblies.
- Test functional performance.
Requirements
- Self motivated
- Able to work with small parts and hand tools
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to alternate sitting and standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in assembly work preferred
- 1-5 years electrical assembly preferred
- J-STD-001 Solder Certification is a plus but not required
Salary : $17 - $20
