Seeking an individual with personal lines insurance or background with an independent insurance agency or carrier background or customer service background building client relationships . The ideal candidate must be comfortable with phone communication skills with clients, multi tasking, rating personal lines insurance products,and providing service tasks. Speed and efficiency is critical. Position requires above average keyboard skills and the ability to navigate on the internet with various insurance sites/portals. 37.5 hours per week M-F, Hours 8:30am to 4:30pm. Wages based on experience and the ability to get tasks completed. The office is a team concept so everyone is overlapping to assist team goals. High School Diploma and or Associates Degree or higher a plus. Should be comfortable with Outlook, Excel, Word and string keyboard skills. Having a Property & Casualty License is a plus but not required. Willing to self study for the exam in the first 6 months will be required.
