About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-first professional to lead and enhance the onboarding experience. You’ll manage every step of the process—from offer acceptance through the first weeks of employment—ensuring new team members feel welcomed, equipped, and set up for success.

This role offers the opportunity to help shape onboarding strategy and improve processes across a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding logistics for employees, contractors, and international hires
• Manage background checks, document collection, and compliance steps
• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires before and after their start date
• Collaborate with departments to prepare equipment, system access, and workspace setup
• Lead orientation sessions and share onboarding materials
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and support internal audits
• Collect feedback and continuously improve onboarding processes
• Assist with offboarding and transitions when needed

What You Bring

• Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong background in onboarding, HR operations, or employee experience
• Comfortable with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Bonus if You Have

• Experience in a global or multi-site environment
• Familiarity with contractor compliance and international hiring practices
• Exposure to industrial, engineering, or energy-related industries
