Our client is the leading commodities trader in the world and is seeking a highly adaptable DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure Specialist with 4-7 years of experience who thrives in dynamic environments and quickly becomes a go-to expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage infrastructure components such as Kafka, Redis, Atlassian Suite, Elastic, Datadog, Job-scheduling systems (ActiveBatch), or BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) (experience with at least two required).
- Implement CI/CD automation (preferably with Jenkins) for .NET, React, or Python applications.
- Manage container orchestration using ECS or Kubernetes.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform for AWS.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in a startup or small company with a broad range of responsibilities.
- Linux administration expertise.
- Hands-on software development experience in .NET, React, or Python.
- Knowledge of the commodities and/or trading industry.
