Entry-Level Sales & Management Training – FULL TIME ONLY
Location: Boise, ID
We are hiring on behalf of our client in the Bosie area for a FULL-TIME Sales & Management Training role! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are motivated, outgoing, and ready to build a long-term career in sales and leadership.
As a Sales & Management Trainee, you’ll have the chance to work on two major national campaigns:
- Primo Water – promoting healthy, sustainable hydration solutions
- AT&T Mobility – offering cutting-edge wireless technology and services
You’ll gain real-world experience in retail sales while being cross-trained into leadership and business management.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent well-known brands like Primo Water and AT&T Mobility in a retail environment
- Engage with customers face-to-face to provide tailored product and service recommendations
- Present service options, explain value, and close sales confidently
- Participate in structured training to develop leadership, communication, and business skills
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve campaign performance
- Assist with promotions and in-store marketing events
- Provide feedback to management to support business development
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong people skills and a passion for customer engagement
- High energy, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership role
- Interest in a long-term career in sales or management
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be available to work FULL TIME, including at least ONE WEEKEND DAY
- Part-time availability will NOT be considered
