Job Overview:
They are looking for an Entry Level Marketing Manager to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of driving client success. In this role, you will take on responsibilities across marketing campaign management, sales strategy execution, client relationship building, and business operations oversight. Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance Brand Awareness: Design and implement creative marketing strategies that boost client visibility across multiple platforms, including retail settings and B2B networks.
• Drive Sales Results: Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective customer engagement and proven sales techniques.
• Manage Client Relations: Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their goals are met and their satisfaction remains high.
• Oversee Operations: Handle daily business functions, including campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Team Development: Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve overall performance and achieve organizational objectives.
• Execute Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and roll out innovative campaigns that generate measurable results for clients.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with leadership to identify new opportunities for campaign success and refine sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
