Our firm is currently seeking an experienced landscape architect/designer. The ideal candidate isa self-starter, organized, and one who is passionate about the technical aspects of design. Although residential experience is preferred, a commercial background is also welcomed. This is a full-time position with strong growth opportunities.Remote or on-site work location to be based on experience level and location of candidate, but all candidates must be in theEastern StandardTime zone(EST).
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist and lead in the production of construction documentation, pricing and bidding documents
- Prepare small scale plan, elevation, section drawings in schematic design and construction documentation phases
- Support the Technical Director in the overall production of technical drawing packages.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Extensive technical knowledge in construction documentation and associated workflows. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with partnering trades (architects, engineers, builders) and staff within the firm.
- Ability to lead lower-level staff members in construction documentation preparation.
Education Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited landscape architecture, architecture, or engineering program.
- A minimum of 5-7 years with proven experience in a management role
- Licensure is a plus but not required.
- Horticultural knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience, but we are prepared to offer a compensation & benefits package (health, 401K, performance bonuses)well above the industry average for the best candidates in our region.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
