Richardson & Associates has an immediate opening for an in-person, part-time bookkeeper to join its team of talented and dedicated individuals!
We are a Landscape Architecture firm in downtown Saco, Maine providing high quality design services for private, public, and non-profit clients throughout New England. The office is a creative, collaborative environment with hardworking, talented, fun people wanting to make a difference.

Responsibilities include:
· Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
· Monthly Invoicing
· Reconciling Accounts
· Budget Development and Analysis
· Time Tracking and Analysis
· Developing a Variety of Analytical Reports
· Close interaction with Office Manager, Principal, and Project Managers
· Handle bank, credit card and merchant accounts.
· Perform payroll processing with a third party, and administer company’s retirement plan.
· Assist with administration of employee benefits and policy.

Preferred Qualifications / Education
· Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Business and at least three years of recent bookkeeping experience.
· The firm uses QuickBooks Desktop and BillQuick software. BillQuick is a time tracking, billing, and project management software.
· The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of computers, networks, and software.
· This position is flexible, typically requiring 15-20 Hrs/ week at the office location. Again, days/times are flexible.
· While there is a pay range listed, we acknowledge that different experiences could change this range. Compensation commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.
