We are a local, family-oriented Real Estate business looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well spoken, detail oriented, trustworthy, and able to multitask in a high stress environment. Your main responsibilities include coordinating with team members to complete various tasks relating to the real estate field, running errands for members of the team (installing signs/lockboxes etc.,) and completing paperwork tasks. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals. Current schedule is a 40 hour week and hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 including rotating weekends and subject to change. Must be willing to work changing shifts if needed. Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 25lbs and install signs. High school diploma required. Must be able to pass a background check and will be subject to pre-employment and random drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining checklists for day-to-day activities
- Assist with additional tasks relating to the real estate field
- Support office members as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up signs/lockboxes, running errands, assisting with staging moves, creating social media posts, inputting listings, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, & Google
- Exceptional Teamwork capabilities
- Ability to adapt to varying tasks in an evolving industry
- Time Management/Multi-Tasking
- Experience in Customer Service/Support
