Job description
Richardson's RV Centers is seeking experienced RV Parts Counter Associate for our new Menifee location.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Order, receive and bill out parts.
- RV Experience highly preferred.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills are an absolute must.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
- Maintain proper storage of parts.
- Stock shelves.
- Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
- Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
- Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
- Maintain a superior level of customer service.
- Other duties as directed by management.
- Promptly greet customers always being friendly and respectful.
- Generate revenue and loyal customers with your sales skills.
Job Requirements:
- Professional appearance, communication skills and strong work ethic.
- Position is full time and must be able to work Saturdays
- At least one year of prior RV or automotive parts experience is required, either from a retail parts outlet or a dealership setting.
- Quick learner, high energy, ambitious and accountable.
- Be a team player and only see the good in people and situations.
- Excellent computer skills, organized and able to multi-task.
