Position Title: Warehouse Inventory Supervisor
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor works closely with the General Manager to ensure the warehouse operates as safely and efficiently as possible while meeting our productivity goals. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will assist the inventory department in taking ownership of the processes to maintain accurate stock levels at both the total warehouse and bin levels.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Take ownership of all activities that relate to cycle counting and variance reconciliation in the warehouse.
· Provides daily supervision to warehouse team and maintains a safe environment where team members trust and respect their peers.
· Perform cycle counts regularly.
· Audit and reconcile bin locations.
· Help identify and report on root causes of inventory variances.
· Ensure all items in the warehouse are received and stored in the correct bin locations
· Ensure WMS best-practices are followed pertaining to inventory transfers, cycle counts, spoilage accounting and product receiving.
· Work directly with management to bring variances up to date regarding stock inflow and outflow
· Daily reconciliation of the spoilage reports for all decoration warehouse
· Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations while assisting in the development and implementation of operational, safety and personnel policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Coaches and supports warehouse team to ensure they have all tools necessary to exceed customer expectations.
· Helps maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment through inspection, and the issuing of repair and replacement requisitions as needed.
· Safeguards warehouse operations, inventory, property, and equipment by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
· Develops and maintains strong understanding of Warehouse Management System.
· Develops and maintains basic understanding of ERP and EWO applications for sales order, inventory, and workflow inquiries.
· Helps maintain compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, shipping, and safety requirements by enforcing adherence to requirements and advising the General Manager of needed actions.

· Be able to communicate across multiple departments with in the company to ensure inventory levels and variances are accurate.
Requirements:
· Highschool graduate education or higher and minimum of three to five years warehouse supervisory or management experience required
· Understanding of inventory control systems such as ERP and/or WMS systems
· Warehouse Management System and RF data collection experience preferred.
· Strong organizational skills
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong attention to detail
· Good analytical and problem solving skills.
· Communicates clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
· Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperature conditions
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
