Daily Operations
- Post checks received daily and process credit card payments and cash receipts.
- Research and resolve invoicing discrepancies, making necessary corrections to keep everything running smoothly.
- Handle customer inquiries about account balances and open invoices with professionalism and care.
- Communicate with both internal and external customers by phone and email to build trust and maintain relationships.
- Scan, file, and maintain records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with related duties as assigned to keep the team firing on all cylinders.

The Star Player We’re Looking For:
- Education: College degree preferred, but we’ll consider experience as your playbook.
- Professional Experience:
- 3 years of credit, accounting, financial analysis, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Experience with SAP is a bonus.
- Team Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
- Organization: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
