KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation : Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, and presentations.
Campaign Support : Help develop and execute internal campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement and align employees with the company’s vision and strategy.
Event Coordination : Support the planning and coordination of internal events such as town halls, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Digital Communications : Manage and update content on the company intranet, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
Feedback Collection : Help design and administer surveys to gather employee feedback and contribute to the analysis of results to identify trends and improvement areas.
Brand Alignment : Ensure internal messaging reflects the company’s luxury brand identity and values.
Project Assistance : Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects related to internal communications and corporate culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a passion for luxury retail, brand storytelling, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our 10-week Summer Internship Program. (June 2nd – August 8th)
- Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
