Operations Supervisor - (Evening Shift)

Richemont | Grand Prairie, TX

Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of distribution center activities (including Inbound, Outbound, Returns, Ecom, and Spare Parts), effectively employing labor resources to established operational metrics and providing leadership guidance, direction and development to direct reports.

Key Responsibility 1 :

• Organize and assign daily work to meet daily operational demands per established target objectives.
• Analyze and apply data from reporting tools (Dashboard, Forecasts, and budgets etc.)
• Analyze productivity and quality results in order to make improvements or take proper corrective action.
• Develop implement and supervise process quality control actions : ensure consistency execution of procedures and take appropriate corrective / preventive action.
• Execute company initiatives and strategies to uphold our standard of warehouse and delivery excellence.
