Job Description
Salary: $20-$24 DOE

We are looking for the right person to join our team to support our growing practice! For the right person, we are offering a full time position (5 days per week) in a very busy and long-term family practice in Richfield, MN.

Our candidates will spend most of the time working with all of our physicians in the clinic but will help assist with cross coverage in different areas of our clinic assisting with administrative support if needed. As important members of our staff, you will be responsible for assisting our physicians with their daily patient load and procedures. Specific duties include but are not limited to rooming patients, taking patient detailed histories, X-Ray (if trained), pharmacy calls and prescription refills, screening new patients, blood draws, setting up appointments, educating patients on medications and triaging patient calls.
Education And Experience
Medical Assistants should have at least two years of experience working in an outpatient clinic. Students encouraged to apply.

- 2 years of phlebotomy skills a plus
- X-Ray Experience a plus
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- The preference and ability to work as part of an integrative team
- The ability to multi-task multiple things simultaneously
- Well organized with attention to detail, especially with patient records and documentation
- Treat patients and coworkers with respect
- Ability to help establish priorities and work toward solving problems and challenges as they come up
Salary : $20 - $24
