SUMMARY: To work perform duties and responsibilities related to student attendance.
EDUCATION/LICENSE/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- Possess computer skills in Word, Spreadsheets, and Data Entry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
- Assures all student attendance is recorded into Harmony on a daily basis.
- Prints weekly attendance letters for unexcused absences.
- New student enrollment.
- Maintains all student records including special education records.
- Responds to inquiries from students, teachers, and parents regarding attendance rules, absences, suspensions, and enrollment status.
- Compiles and submits a variety of weekly, monthly and year end reports as required.
- Types, prepares, distributes, files records/reports, correspondence etc. required for all state reporting
- Works with Resource Officer.
- Maintains current bus information for new students.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Ensures own regular and prompt attendance.
- Effectively completes regular and other job performance criteria as assigned.
- Promotes good public relations for the school district and community.
- Remains free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance abuse in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the Corporation.
- Performs such other tasks and assumes such other duties and responsibilities as the Principal may assign.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts appropriate to the duties assigned. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to use appropriate language and accompanying techniques with adolescents on one-to-one basis as well as in groups.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, peers and parents; skill in oral and written communication.
