What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sting After School Enrichment Program Staff position at Richland School District?
The Richland School District is seeking Program Staff for our after-school enrichment program.
This position has a 10-hour-per-week schedule during the school year. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
The Program Staff ensure the implementation of safe and engaging after-school enrichment activities for students in grades K-2 OR grades 3-8 while acting as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor. Candidates must have a genuine interest in the growth and development of students and the provision of a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for students. Successful candidates will be able to provide authority through leadership, communication, and patience, and to provide students stability and a nurturing environment to achieve growth.
The Richland School District serves approximately 1142 students in the city of Richland Center and the greater Richland County area. We are located in the beautiful Driftless region of Southwest Wisconsin. The historic city of Richland Center is a regional hub located between Madison and La Crosse.
