Summary:
Responsible for providing our residents with the information and resources necessary to have a meaningful living experience. The Administrative Assistant is to be a welcoming and courteous representative of the property.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers and Leasing Staff
- Assist with application intake, verification, and screening and resident applications
- Lease document review for compliance
- Preparing tenant responses and property notices
- Preparing legal notices
- Special projects as assigned
- Filing
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management required
- Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
- Customer service and detail oriented
- Good time-management skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
Education: High School diploma, G.E.D., and some college preferred
Experience: Two years’ experience in apartment industry preferred
Skills & Certifications:
- Residential Property Management experience preferred
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize
- Exceptional resident relations skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organized, detailed and thorough
- Computer literate – proficient in MS Office]
