Position: Development Accountant
Location: Greenwich, CT, corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly bank requisitions for deals in development
- Assist Accounts Payable associate in processing the proper invoices timely
- Bill Back requests to partners
- Process bank transfers/wires as needed per management
- Bank reconciliations
- Intercompany reconciliations
- GL management
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Education:
- 4-year accounting degree
- Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting department
- Qualifications:
- Real estate accounting a plus
- Detail oriented
- Organized
