Position : Maintenance Technician II
Location : The Windward Apartments and Crescent Crossings , Bridgeport, CT 06608
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 2-3 or more years Maintenance experience in a multi-family apartment style community
- EPA 608 type I & II or EPA Universal is a very strong requirement for this position
- Ability to work independently in multi-site or larger properties, and within a Team environment
- Strong communications skills, excellent resident / customer service abilities, bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
- Valid / Active Driver's License (verified during background process)

Responsibilities :
Perform daily repair and upkeep of the propertyFloat to Crescent Crossings to assist per Manager needsPrepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlinesManage service requests and ensure timely completionMaintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air ActOversee inventory and care of tools and equipmentComplete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely mannerUphold company policies and provide exceptional customer serviceSeek educational opportunities for personal growth and developmentAssist in property preventative maintenance planCollaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and groundsPerform on-call duties and occasional overtimeRequirements :
Education : High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferredExperience : Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or GroundskeeperProficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.Must own basic tools as allowed by state lawsKnowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing LawsStrong organizational skills and ability to work independentlySkills & Certifications : EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred Valid Driver's License requiredProficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposesBenefits :
