Team Leadership :
Supervise a team of 10 to 15 staff members, providing guidance and support.

Customer Service :
Ensure excellent customer service by setting and maintaining high standards for product quality, presentation, and customer interactions.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Operations Management :
Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess.
Quality Control :
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are prepared according to established recipes.
Conduct regular quality checks and cleanings on ice cream machines and equipment.
Training and Development :
Provide ongoing training to staff on customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
Identify and nurture talent within the team for potential advancement.
Act as a liaison between staff and management.
