Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an in-house marketing team within the real estate industry. As a junior graphic designer, you'll be working on a variety of production projects from print collateral to retouching for home photos for our spec home inventory from 200 neighborhoods across the country. Other potential responsibilities are as follows : Drawing vector maps for community site maps, updating print collateral and templates for multiple divisions, including flyers and site maps, internal communications, special events and promotions, as well as retouching, resizing, and organizing MLS photography. We're looking for someone who is a team player and willing to pitch in and get the work done no matter how the workload breakout evolves and shifts. Experience in real estate or a passion for the industry a plus
Requirements
In order to succeed at this position, you need to possess these skills and personal qualities : 2 years of graphic design experience (agency experience a plus)Vector drawing experience (in Adobe Illustrator)Moderate photo retouching experience (in Adobe Photoshop)Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentProfessionalism and positive attitudeAbility to take directionDetail oriented for information accuracy on all projectsAbility to work on multiple production projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in deadline-oriented and fast-paced environmentDegree in Graphic Design or Similar (or comparable work experience)Benefits & Perks

Base Salary : $60,000-$65,000FLSA Status : Non-ExemptBonus Type : Year-end Discretionary
