Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Junior Packaging/Graphic Designer with at least three years of experience in graphic design, consumer-packaged goods, retail marketing, and branding.
In this role, you will contribute to a variety of production projects, including print collateral, innovative packaging designs, creative concepts, brand assets, style guides, and packaging adaptations. You will work on print dielines for packaging and display graphics, update templates for multiple products (e.g., flyers), and support sales and marketing teams by developing packaging solutions that align with marketing strategies and enhance the consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and adaptation of packaging and graphic assets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop innovative, on-brand solutions.
- Design and manage high-volume SKU programs, including rapid SKU expansion and adaptation.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, industrial design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging and graphic design.
- Proficiency in vector drawing using Adobe Illustrator.
- Moderate photo retouching skills using Adobe Photoshop.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- A robust portfolio showcasing innovative packaging designs, point-of-purchase displays, 3D renderings, signage, product flyers, and brand identity work.
- Experience with Cinema 4D (C4D) is a significant plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: ($30/hour to start)
