Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Junior Packaging / Graphic Designer with at least two years of experience in graphic design, consumer-packaged goods, retail marketing, and branding.
In this role, you will contribute to a variety of production projects, including print collateral, innovative packaging designs, creative concepts, brand assets, style guides, and packaging adaptations. You will work on print dielines for packaging and display graphics, update templates for multiple products (e.g., flyers), and support sales and marketing teams by developing packaging solutions that align with marketing strategies and enhance the consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and adaptation of packaging and graphic assets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop innovative, on-brand solutions.
- Design and manage high-volume SKU programs, including rapid SKU expansion and adaptation.
