Equipment Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools, including an Ohmmeter.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the facility.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment as required.

Experience

• Previous experience as an Construction Equipment Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Final rate of pay will be based on reagent experience
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, particularly an Ohmmeter, is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
