About Richmond Golf Club: Richmond Golf Cub offers a championship golf course, as well as a full scale driving range and recently remodeled short game practice sanctuary. The Club was incorporated in 1924 and hosted numerous PGA and LPGA tournaments in the 40s and 50s. We are a private club with approximately 480 members. We host an array of events and activities, whether it’s a lively social gathering, a themed dinner party, or a charitable event. The club has one large Bar and Dining Room, the Patty Berg Banquet Room, Members Private Lounge, the Tenth Tee Oasis, as well as a Men’s and Ladies Locker Rooms.
Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations:
· Provide accounting and clerical support to the Office Manager, Accountant and General Manager
· Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
· Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
· Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
· Competency in databases and accounting software
· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
· Daily enter key data of financial transactions in Jonas
· Provide assistance and support to company personnel
· Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
· Must have a friendly and welcoming personality
· Must have the ability to properly handle numerous daily telephone calls and provide proper information
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
· Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand and lift up to 40 pounds.
· Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
· Moderate noise level in the work environment.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma
· Three to Five years professional office experience

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
