Job Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome and check-in patients for their appointments
- Take payments and ensure patient paperwork is completed fully
- Verify and assist with insurance benefits
- Check out patients and schedule their follow-up / recall appointments
- Answer phones and assist with patient questions/scheduling
- Discuss treatment plans with parents and schedule accordingly
In addition to other duties and responsibilities as needs arise
Ideal candidate will possess:
- At lease one year dental office experience preferred but not mandatory
- Proficient phone and communication skills
- Efficient and effective computer skills
- Insurance verification knowledge
- Accurately maintain detailed patient records
- Attention to detail with follow through
- Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming disposition with patients and team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
