What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations position at Richmond R-XVI?
Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities, monitoring building systems, and managing the maintenance/custodial teams. Will be LEA in coordinating bids and proposals for construction and maintenance projects.
Responsible for managing logistics of transportation, including planning of routes, assurance of compliance w/ transportation regulations, and liaison with bus contractor(s).
Managing day-to-day operations of dining and meal services, overseeing staff, finances and food quality. Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) liaison for the R-XVI's Food Service Program.
Currently a 550 (.5 FTE) employment status over a 12 month contract. Administrative certification/experience preferred.
