St. Therese Parish (North) in Kansas City, MO, is searching for a full time, highly qualified Director of Operations. This position is responsible for management of a full range of parish functions particularly personnel, budget and finance and compliance. This position manages the daily operations of the parish and works in conjunction with the K-8th grade school, Early Education Center and facilities and maintenance team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees general operations of the church, school and early education center
- Manages parish office staff
- Budget development and management
- Serves as onsite HR director
- Works with parish finance council
- Manges school endowment
- Assists in coordinating fundraising events
- Manges donor giving and recording
- Manges online giving system
- Produce and coordinate distribution of giving records
- Manges donor advised funds
- Reviews, negotiates and executes all parish service contracts
- Develop and maintain donor relationships
- Execute and manage rental contracts
- Assist in leading parish Crisis Team
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs & Sheets
- Database management experience preferred
Requirements
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required as well as the ability to be a highly motivated, proactive self starter. Reports to the Pastor.
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent supervisory and management experience. Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing. Compensation according to diocesan guidelines with competitive benefits.
Responsible for the efficient and effective administration of the financial, physical plan and human resources of the parish, school and Early Education Center.
Serves as the on-site decision maker with matters of significance. Responsible for management of the full range of parish/school administrative functions and for overseeing administration of certain ministry functions.
