We are looking for a Director of Operations to advance Sunrise Education's mission by delivering administrative support, fostering development, and providing strategic leadership to our schools. Our Directors of Operations empowers School Directors to foster strong relationships with staff, students, and families, build a thriving school community, and oversees daily operations of our schools while ensuring compliance with all regulations and ethical standards. The selected candidate must reside near or in Kansas City, Missouri.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related business discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of executive-level experience in education, with multi-site early education experience being highly preferred.
