We’re seeking an energetic and bubbly Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical practice. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, and your friendly demeanor will set the tone for their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication.
- Address any patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
