🔑 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Community Manager, you'll work closely with the Community Manager to ensure our property runs smoothly and our residents are well taken care of. You will:

Support daily operations and staff coordination

Respond to inquiries and conduct apartment tours with prospective residents

Conduct periodic market surveys and maintain occupancy goals

Assist with verifying applications and income in accordance with LIHTC Compliance

Perform move-in inspections and review welcome materials with new residents
-
Maintain accurate resident files and input data into OneSite
-
Address resident concerns and service requests professionally and promptly
-
Help plan and execute community events
-
Process rent payments, maintain financial records, and make bank deposits

Assist in preparing reports and documentation

Support legal processes related to evictions, when necessary
✅ What We're Looking For:

2 years of experience in a similar role within property management

Experience with OneSite property management software
-
Familiarity with LIHTC regulations is a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a team-first mentality
