RichSmith Management is seeking an energetic and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at our busy multi-family community in Lebanon, TN. As a Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the on-site Community Director to manage the property and provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities:
As a Leasing Consultant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Community Director in all aspects of property management.
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors to the Leasing Office.
- Meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests.
- Offering ideas and suggestions for marketing and leasing plans.
- Implementing marketing and leasing plans in accordance with guidelines and policies.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of leasing experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle basic office tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility and good physical condition.
- Ability to walk property, including stairs.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Effective communication skills with residents, staff, and vendors.
