Key Responsibilities:
As the Regional Property Director, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring financial goals and operational performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Support and execute the company's strategic objectives related to property management.
- Implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance property performance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise successful management teams to drive results.
- Lead successful lease-ups of new communities while maintaining high occupancy and collection rates.
- Collaborate closely with ownership and senior management to achieve budgetary goals.
- Ensure all properties comply with LIHTC and other affordable housing regulations.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 4 years of experience as a District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties.
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC.
- A proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
- A track record of success in lease-ups of new communities and maintaining strong occupancy rates.
- Experience managing budgets and collections with exceptional accuracy.
- A Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or similar industry credentials (preferred).
- A willingness to travel frequently and bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
