Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing Richtech Robotics’ online visibility and performance. Your primary responsibilities will include managing paid search campaigns, optimizing website content for search engines, and providing actionable insights through comprehensive analytics and reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and implement bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Develop compelling ad copy and A/B test creatives for continuous improvement.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and ensure adherence to budget.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword analysis and integrate relevant terms into website content.
- Optimize technical SEO elements, including metadata, site speed, and mobile usability.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Set up and monitor goals, events, and conversion tracking to evaluate marketing success.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improving campaigns and website effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preffered).
- 2-4 years of experience in SEM, SEO, and digital analytics.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Webflow (preferred).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
