Richter Precision, Inc. is currently seeking a Human Resource Coordinator.
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and collaborates closely with Senior Management. Key responsibilities include managing payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, risk management, and compliance. This position requires a hands-on approach to HR duties, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within the organization.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience working in a human resource role
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
