Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales assistant and trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by coordinating various activities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Sales assistant and trainer will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating events, training others in the use of and the features, benefits, of products we sell.
Qualifications and Skills:
The sales assistant and trainer should possess a range of skills and qualifications such as:
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to work well with a team and handle relationships with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and efficiently to all parties involved
- Attention to detail to ensure that all tasks, documentation, and correspondence are accurate and completed to the highest standard
- Problem-solving skills to identify any issues that may arise and to come up with effective solutions in a timely manner
· Demonstration and training skills a must. Part of your job will include training others in the features and benefits of the products we sell
· Must be able to travel as required likely 2-6 nights a month
· Proficiency in Microsoft office including excel, word, PowerPoint and outlook
Requirements
· The sales assistant and trainer should have prior experience in sales or training. Mechanically inclined a plus but not mandatory.
· The sales trainer should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be required to interact with different levels within an organization.
· The sales trainer manages multiple tasks and projects at once.
· Duties and responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordination of activities of the sales team and training preparation.
- Schedule and organize meetings and maintain agendas and meeting schedules for all attendees.
- Training planning, ordering and assuring all products that are needed for the training are ordered in advance and ready for a successful event.
- Work directly with the sales team to help grow sales profitably

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
