Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, providing top-notch customer service
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
- Create and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling and invoicing (QuickBooks experience a plus)
- Excellent phone and customer service etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Position Details:
- Hybrid role: Work both remotely and in-office as needed

- Schedule: Full-time
