Qualifications
Qualified candidate will have two (2) to ten (10) years of land development and/or public works experience, plus BSCE or the equivalent of five (5) years of total work experience.
FE certification required.
Current PE registration is plus.
Candidates for this position must demonstrate
WaterCAD, FlowMaster, HEC-1, HEC-RAS Experience Preferred
Position generally requires extensive experience, demonstrated engineering abilities in all aspects of private land development projects and in interacting comfortably and productively with clients and public agencies.
A good driving record is a must.

Candidates for this position must demonstrate
- Independent thought and decision-making abilities
- Possess management and supervisory skills.
- Be adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients, public agency personnel and in-house professional peers
- Supervision of engineering designers (including daily assignments of work, review of work, and quality control)
- Management of project schedules and budgets
- Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
- Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions.
- Residential and Commercial subdivisions
- Drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewers
- ADA-compliant sidewalks
- And other municipal infrastructure projects
- Preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates

Salary : $95,000 - $144,000
