Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. This role requires proficiency with various power and hand tools, as well as the ability to perform tasks related to tree care, irrigation, and snow plowing. As a Landscape Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Assist in hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Carry out snow plowing duties during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Implement irrigation systems to maintain healthy landscapes.
- Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools (e.g., lawn mowers, trimmers) and hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes).
- Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is a plus.
- Experience with snow plowing operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
