Duties & Responsibilities |
· Works directly with internal teams and external customers as a liaison between the two. · Perform activities to support development of the sales pipeline to drive sales growth. · Support sales and service efforts to expand customer reach and sales growth. · Ensure all written communications are proofread and edited for grammar, punctuation and style, and are consistent with the RICO corporate, product, and service brands. · Work directly with internal teams in the development of effective training and communications materials to increase our customer services. · Perform related tasks and transactions to process orders, including working with internal departments and customers, to ensure supporting documentation is accurate and complete. · Maintain related processes and procedures, including required documentation. · Maintaining documentation related to order management and customer communications to ensure accuracy. · This position is located on the RICO campus. Travel maybe required · This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
