Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Reviews proposals or program plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
- Establishes work plans by collaborating with internal resources.
- Confers with Ricoh staff and customers to outline the work plan.
- Directs and coordinates activities of program personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule.
- Reviews status reports prepared by program personnel and vendors, modifying schedules or plans as needed.
- Prepares regular reports for management, clients, or others.
- Coordinates with Ricoh personnel to achieve problem resolution and gather information related to Root Cause Analysis (RCA), potentially including safety and security findings.
- Coordinates program activities with third-party contractors, suppliers, service providers, and customer resources.
- Directs Ricoh personnel activities and serves as the main customer contact, transitioning to steady-state once the program is implemented.
- Provides feedback to functional management regarding program personnel for performance evaluations.
- Conducts monthly and quarterly reviews with customers to maintain transparent feedback channels.
- Participates with Sales and Design teams in pre-sales activities, determining customer requirements and developing proposals with scope statements and pricing.
- Prepares monthly activity information used by the billing team for invoicing.
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction with Ricoh services.
- Communicates customer issues to the operations team and works together to create customer-centric solutions.
- This person will be responsible for supporting legal litigation and must have prior experience in legal litigation.
- The candidate should be familiar with documents typically used by the legal department, ensuring that all legal correspondence and related documents are handled with the utmost attention to detail and compliance.
- Experience working in the oil and gas vertical is required, with a strong understanding of the industry’s unique challenges, processes, and customer needs.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of Program Management experience, preferably in a service bureau environment.
- Previous work experience in legal litigation is required, with knowledge of legal department documentation and processes.
- Experience working in the oil and gas vertical is essential for understanding the specialized needs and requirements of clients in this industry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and address concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to present information effectively to clients, top management, and groups.
- Ability to interpret various instructions, whether written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
- Ability to create, maintain, and publish comprehensive financial and performance reports for assigned projects.
