- Works with minimal supervision while demonstrating technical expertise.
- Performs diagnostics, installations, and repairs on office equipment.
- Conducts on-the-job training for new and experienced technicians.
- Maintains productive customer relationships and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Completes administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handles difficult customer situations and serves as a communication link for unresolved technical issues.
