Responsibilities :
Specializes in servicing and repairing complex office products.
Manages territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
Provides 2nd level technical support to other technicians.
Achieves productivity targets based on workload and experience.
Identifies revenue opportunities through supply leads and equipment assessments.
Operates with minimal supervision, demonstrating technical expertise.
Performs diagnostics, installations, and retrofitting.
Completes training on new equipment and conducts on-the-job training for staff.
Facilitates technical seminars and acts as a role model within the team.
May assume the responsibilities of Field Technology Service Manager as needed.
Maintains accurate parts inventory and adheres to company policies.
Handles challenging customer situations effectively to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications :
3 years of related experience, including at least 2 years as a Technology Service Consultant I.
Requires 1 industry certification and a record of sustained performance.
Valid state driver's license and appropriate auto insurance for personal vehicle use.
Education :
Completion of a technical school program is required.
