What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Specialist position at RIDD Pest Control?
We need your help in our call center and office! We are a rapidly growing Pest Control company that is needing to expand our team. We have a fun, laid back, and cohesive call center that is a great place to work. We all enjoy working together to achieve goals that we set. The shift desired for this position is 4Pm MST to 8pm MST. This will also include a rotating Saturday where the shift will be 9am to 3pm MST.
This is an internal position where you will not speak directly to customers. All communication will be done with our sales reps, branch technician managers, and office staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing the schedule as efficiently as possible but moving around appointments
- Ensuring there are enough routes available for our new customers
- Being EXTREMELY responsive to emails, messages, and phone calls from our internal employees
- Being reliable and able to work on your own
Nice to haves are:
- Previous pest control experience
- Previous scheduling experience
- Previous experience working on a team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 27 per week
