We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Preconstruction Administrative Manager. This position involves working closely with the Estimator, Project Managers, and Marketing departments in preparing cost proposals for our actively bidding projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with local subcontractors, and possess strong organizational skills. You will work closely with our Architects, Engineers, Owners, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to ensure information is complete and accurate.
Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining electronic job folders, downloading project documents, reviewing documents for completeness, and uploading project documents into our online bid management platform.
You will also be responsible for making phone calls to subcontractors, recording which companies will send proposals, and proactively following up until receiving each proposal.
